Real Estate license acquired in 2002. Seasoned real estate professional familiar with Fannie Mae’s customary forms, policies and procedures. I offer end-to-end resources for managing both performing and bank owned assets. I have established a broker/agent/investor network to facilitate the sale of non-performing assets as well as those homes not in default. Trained on Equator and Res.Net. I am a preferred listing RE Broker listing REO properties for numerous outsourcing companies and lenders.
I calculate absorption rate and capsulate enormous amounts of data to provide a report that pertains to the past, current and future market conditions. The market dynamics report includes supply and demand charts which represent real-time data, shows market trends and sales rate indicators which depict prevailing market condition in a visual format. The charts tell a story and represent a meaningful measurement of inventory. The data supports a defendable value conclusion and the reports are an important tool at the client’s disposal.
I am specialty trained and certified in short sale, VA and REO property sales. I am familiar with IL foreclosure time-lines, forbearance agreements, short sale and deed in lieu alternatives to bankruptcy. I handle the entire residential asset management process from initial delinquency through to close and can manage tenant occupied units.

A seasoned real estate professional who knows market trends and help clients determine the right time to buy or sell at a sizable profit. Track day-to-day tasks required to get to closing: inspections, tracking the progress of the loan, communicating with everyone in the deal pipeline, initiate bill paying and reconciliation of invoices from servicers. Ensure asset preservation, winterizing, minor repairs, cash-for-key and re-keys. Secure vendors and control expenses to stay within limits. Familiar with Fannie Mae Forms and procedures and SAM Vendors.
